Cloud kitchen POS for packed menus, not empty dining rooms

A cloud kitchen is a pass with bags, not a room with tables. Siraya is the ticket and recipe system for that: station routing, costing per box, and a till that still works when the line or an aggregator tablet does not.

Tickets without a floor map

You do not need to fake table numbers. Takeaway and delivery tickets go straight to the station that cooks them. Packers see what is ready. The owner sees sales by brand and by hour — not a dine-in report with empty covers.

  • Delivery and takeaway as first-class order types.
  • Kitchen display by station for multi-brand lines.
  • Offline queue so a dropped connection does not stop packing.

Recipe cost on every box

Cloud kitchens hide loss in sauces and sides. Siraya deducts recipes when the box sells, so a “cheap” SKU that uses two proteins shows up in food cost the same day. Waste and comps stay on the record.

Pilot from the packing table

No classroom install. Most kitchens go live in a day over WhatsApp video. One-month trial, no card. Billing is quoted in PKR today; international WhatsApp is welcome.

Questions we hear from this floor

Do I need table management if we only do delivery and takeaway?
No. Cloud kitchens can run tickets without a floor map. Orders still print or land on the kitchen display by station, and the owner still sees a daily P&L.
Can one kitchen run more than one brand menu?
Yes. Separate menus can share the same till and stock. Recipes keep costing honest when two brands sell a similar box from the same fridge.
What if the aggregator tablet is up but our internet to Siraya drops?
The Siraya till and kitchen queue keep working offline. When you reconnect, orders sync. You still need the aggregator’s own app for their dispatch; Siraya does not replace that tablet.
