  • Organization & Branch Data: restaurant name, branch names, contact details and subscription details.
  • User & Staff Data: names, emails, phone numbers (if provided), roles, login activity and attendance records.
  • Operational Data: orders, table activity, menu items, recipes, stock movements, expenses, KPIs, and payment records that you or your staff create.
  • Device & Usage Data: basic technical information such as browser type, IP address and usage logs to keep the platform secure and performant.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide dashboards, POS screens and reports for your business.
  • To calculate sales, making costs, profits and KPI progress.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access to your organization account.
  • To improve the reliability, performance and usability of the app.

3. How We Do Not Use Data

  • We do not sell your business or staff data to third parties.
  • We do not use your customer information for marketing unrelated products.
  • We do not access your organization data for non-support reasons without a valid operational need.

4. Data Sharing & Storage

Your data may be stored on secure cloud infrastructure and backed up regularly. Limited technical staff may access data when required for troubleshooting, support or maintenance, and such access is logged and controlled. We may also share limited information when required by law or to respond to lawful requests from authorities.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Operational records such as orders, attendance, stock movements and payments are typically retained for as long as your organization account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for audit, accounting and legal compliance purposes. You may request export of key reports while your subscription is active.

6. Security Practices

We use authentication, authorization and encryption mechanisms that are appropriate for a cloud-based POS system. You are responsible for keeping your passwords, devices and staff access under control. Removing ex-staff users and rotating passwords is your responsibility as the organization owner or admin.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the product, legal requirements or security practices. The administration of the platform may modify this document at any time in line with the Terms of Service. Continued use of Siraya Food POS after an update means you accept the revised policy.
