What is Siraya?
Siraya is a restaurant POS and ERP built in Lahore, Pakistan. It combines point of sale, kitchen display, inventory and recipe costing, an offline order queue, FBR invoicing (when the module is enabled), loyalty, and live multi-branch profit reporting in one cloud platform.
Who is Siraya for?
Restaurants, cafes, fast-food outlets, bakeries, cloud kitchens, and multi-branch chains in Pakistan. A single outlet can start in a day; chains get a head-office view of live sales, orders, and net profit per branch.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Siraya offers a free 1-month trial with no card required. You can start at pos.siraya.food/register.
Where is Siraya based and who supports it?
Siraya is built and supported from Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Support is in Urdu and English, with WhatsApp as the default channel.

FBR and compliance

Is Siraya FBR PoS-Invoicing ready?
Yes. FBR digital invoicing is included on the Scale plan and available as an add-on on other plans. When enabled, each paid invoice is queued and retried automatically, and the till is never blocked if the FBR service is temporarily down.
Does Siraya work when the internet is down?
Yes. The POS, kitchen display, and inventory keep working offline. Orders queue locally and sync to the cloud automatically when the connection returns, with no manual reconciliation.

Pricing and billing

How much does Siraya cost?
Siraya is priced in PKR per month. Plans start from a small flat fee for single outlets and scale up for multi-branch operations. See the live plans and the current founding offer at pos.siraya.food/pricing.
Do I pay commission on orders?
No. Siraya is not a marketplace and does not take per-order commission. You pay a subscription (or a lower revenue-share amount when that works out cheaper than the flat fee for small operators).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no minimum commitment. Yearly subscribers who cancel mid-term receive a pro-rated refund of unused months.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Every report exports to CSV or Excel, and you keep ownership of your sales, inventory, and customer data.

Hardware and setup

What hardware does Siraya need?
A regular Android tablet or computer per till is enough. Siraya supports ESC/POS thermal printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners, and dedicated kitchen display screens.
How long does onboarding take?
Most restaurants go live within a day. Cashier training takes about 30 minutes and managers typically learn reports within an hour, delivered over WhatsApp video.
Can I run multiple branches?
Yes. Each branch keeps its own till, kitchen, and inventory, while the owner sees consolidated daily profit and loss across all branches in Branches HQ.
