You may unsubscribe at any time by replying UNSUB to any marketing message. You will receive a confirmation once you have been unsubscribed.
Message frequency varies. Siraya will not send more than a reasonable number of messages per month.
You represent that you are the account holder for the phone number provided, or that you have the account holder's permission to opt in to SMS communications.
Paid access to Siraya ERP is offered on a subscription basis (Pilot, Growth, and Scale). Platform fees, optional add-ons, and the outcome-based rule (your monthly charge is the lower of the published platform fee for your tier—including extra outlets where applicable—and a revenue-share line) are described on the public pricing page and interactive calculator. Those pages are the reference for list prices; we may update them from time to time.
Unless you use an integrated card payment flow where stated, subscription fees are typically settled by bank transfer. You may be asked to upload a receipt image in the app; our team reviews and approves payments before entitlements are updated.
Enterprise and bespoke agreements may differ; the amount and terms on your order form or invoice prevail.
