These terms govern the use of the Siraya Food POS platform for restaurants, cafes, and kitchens operated by your organization.

1. Service Overview

Siraya Food POS is a restaurant and hotel management platform that helps you manage orders, tables, menus, stock, expenses, attendance, KPIs and payments. The platform is provided to you (the organization owner, admins, managers and staff) on a subscription basis and is intended for internal business use only.

2. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Organization Owner: Responsible for subscription payments, managing branches, and assigning admin / manager roles.
  • Admins & Managers: Responsible for configuring menus, prices, stock, attendance, KPIs, and using the POS according to organization policies.
  • Staff Users: May use the POS to create orders, mark attendance and perform day to day operations under the supervision of admins / managers.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Do not share login credentials outside your organization.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass security, or misuse APIs.
  • Ensure any customer data you add (such as names and contact details) is accurate and collected with proper consent where required.

4. Data, Availability & Backups

We aim to keep the Siraya Food POS service highly available and to protect your data using reasonable technical and organizational measures. However, you are responsible for exporting and backing up critical business reports and records where required by law or your internal policies. Occasional planned maintenance or network issues may temporarily limit access.

5. Changes to the Platform and Pricing

Features, modules and pricing plans of Siraya Food POS may evolve over time. We may add, improve or remove features that are outdated or rarely used, as long as the core purpose of the system remains restaurant and food business management.

6. Changes to Terms & Policies

The administration of this platform reserves the full right to update, revise or completely change these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and any other platform policies at any time, with or without prior notice to you. By continuing to use the system after such changes, you agree to the updated terms and policies.

You explicitly agree that any such change, update or revision to the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy shall not be challengeable in any court of law or legal forum. If you do not agree with the updated documents, your sole remedy is to stop using the platform and request closure of your account according to the current Refund Policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Siraya Food POS for misuse, non-payment, violation of these terms, or suspected fraudulent activity. You may also stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your access to live dashboards and POS functions will be disabled, but we may retain records for audit, legal and compliance purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
